Development of full integrated communication strategies in line with the client’s business goals and brand values.  This can incorporate media communications such as regular press releases for brand building, customer and staff communications such as printed or electronic newsletters, customer events, media events and junkets, marketing collateral and executive coaching in media techniques.

Communication Strategy

Development of change communication initiatives during a business improvement project when policies and procedures are changing within a client company.  This can incorporate change newsletters, staff open days, CEO roadshows, Q&A forums, suggestion boxes, competitions,  prizes and motivational posters.

Change Process Communications

Using specialist writing skills, this will involve the development of marketing collateral that communicates the clients’ key messages in the form of professional powerpoint presentations, brochures, leaflets, one-pagers and website content.

Marketing Communications

Some clients merely want a media communications strategy and programme, which will incorporate regular press releases in the form of opinion pieces on industry issues by the key client spokesperson, as well as electronic interviews where relevant.  Customer testimonials also form part of a good media programme and build credibility for the client as purely product releases generally do not receive column centimetres on their own.

Media Relations
